At Worldwide Fruit we are committed to working with students and local schools to offer a wide range of work experience opportunities.
Work experience is a great opportunity to learn about a job or an area of work. You will use skills that you might not even know you have, and develop new skills that will help you work better with other people now and in the future.
You may not know it but we have lots of different roles in our business! Making sure fruit gets to the supermarket is actually more interesting than you think!
Every role at Worldwide Fruit is important.
We have office roles such as Reception duties or working in our Commercial, Procurement, Finance or Technical department. Or if the Packhouse interests you more we can support you working on the production lines or working in our Quality or Logistics departments.
Our team here are friendly and welcoming and understand how important it is that work experience students have a meaningful experience. We will make sure you learn as much as you can while you are with us, so that you can be as ‘career ready’ as possible. Our business also works closely with the Greater Lincolnshire Careers and Enterprise Company to make sure we are working to the right standards and therefore provide the right opportunity for young people.
