Our Apprenticeship scheme covers all areas of our business, we review our scheme regularly and ensure we are attracting and developing talent to support our business and develop skills where needed.
Being an Apprentice at Worldwide Fruit means you can learn in a supportive environment with our industry experts being on hand to guide you along the way. We pride ourselves at Worldwide Fruit at developing our apprentices to be the best versions of themselves.
Typically as an Apprentice you will work towards a qualification at either a Level 3 or Level 4, in your chosen area. You will work Monday to Friday and dedicate 20% of your working week to concentrate on your studies.
Worldwide Fruit will work in partnership with you and the training provider, having regular check ins to make sure you are on track, and getting all the help and support you need.
As part of your apprenticeship you will complete an end point assessment, which will focus on a real live business project. Whilst you are completing your apprenticeship we will also have conversations with you about what kind of role you are looking for post completion.
