Key Accountabilities:

• To move stock arrivals and transfers to a cold store location, delivering stock to the Production line from the cold store, and to return it back when required.
• To move stock arrivals and transfers to a cold store location, delivering stock to the Production line from the cold store, and to return it back when required. To move packed stock from the Production line directly to the Pick area or cold store, to move market stock from the Production area to the Pick area.
• To ensure every pallet of packed product and market stock is scanned on each location change.
• To ensure waste fruit and rubbish bins are rotated regularly.
• To undertake yard duties as directed by the Team Leader.
• To actively promote best practice in relation to Hygiene, Health & Safety standards and good housekeeping and support the Company’s efforts to minimize its environmental impact and adopt environmental best practice.
• To look to identify areas of improvement, opportunity and innovation and communicate these to the relevant personnel.
• To keep up to date with the WFL Production System and any continuous improvements, model zone, 5S, root cause etc.
• To carry out all safety checks before taking charge of the MHE and sign off the check sheet.
