Equal Pay Statement and Gender Pay Gap
At Worldwide Fruit we are committed to equal pay and ensuring all our colleagues are treated fairly.
Our ninth Gender Pay Gap Report is based on data as at 5th April 2025 and is published in line with the annual requirement. At this date we employed 398 people, 186 identified as male and 212 identified as female.
We continue to be committed to equal pay and strive to ensure we have no gender bias in our pay and remuneration process. We also benchmark our salaries and pay rates both within the Fresh Produce sector and the wider Food and Drink Industry.
